Chef Peng Looi from Asiatique

BIO:
Chef Looi has appeared three times by invitation to cook at the esteemed James Beard House in New York City and he received a special master chef invitation to participate in the 2006 World Gourmet Summit in Las Vegas. In 2007 Chef Looi became a World Association of Chefs' Societies (WACS) approved culinary judge. Chef Looi has been named a guest chef for the 2007 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival.

PHILOSOPHY:
Chef Looi and Asiatique support the Louisville community by participating in numerous fundraising events.
